Project placed to establish and report all access points. Only one access point was addressed and supplied. After insisting they had to address points not reported on, had to pay an additional amount for a further report and application, we protested that it was payed for in the first instance. The new report and information withheld for lack of finalization of new bill and was told to settle the new account 2perc of original bill outstanding before information would be provided. From this attitude toward and with held of report , I have no faith in giving then the civils work. And once you settling their small outstanding amount would not recommend them to anyone.
