Do not go there, like headless chickens, everyone running around but nothing gets done. There is no structure or management. Believe that with a proper Branch manager this branch could work. Waisted 4 hours just sitting and waiting for assistance. Consultants pick whom they would like to help.
Incredibly slow service, never even made it inside the branch. Waited for over half an hour outside the bank. The branch capacity is 5 individuals inside. 4 of the 5 individuals were seated in the waiting area the entire time, unserviced. This leads me to believe that there was only one staff member on duty between 10:30 and 11:30 on a week day. Shocking from a so called professional institution.
Was there 3 times,1 for debt cancel,they could not do it ,ordering bank card after 1month they could not do it ,i think close down you your branch they are of no help
