Nedbank need to get rid of the manager here they dined my Mon to withdraw club money. They have 3 signatories and two are allowed to withdraw. They done previously and today she rejected them with no reason. She doesn't even want to talk to them. I told my mom that they should move the account to another. I will never recommend anyone at this brach

Service is very poor , been here since 11h30 , no one is helping now its 12h45 , no tellers ... marblehall branch manager where are you ,ur service is pathetic ..

This branch is under stuffed. The branch manager can be more empathetic and push her team to give us their customers a great service delivery because even when the line is not that long but goodness it takes forever because only 1 person is assisting us. This has to change please

Waited for almost an hour with no tellers especially on the enquires/teller section
