The guy called Eugen is very incompetent I applied for my card 2 weeks ago but he didn’t order it then gave me a wrong card I even suspect fraud there because wow Definitely closing my card because who knows
Been waiting on the queue for more than an hour, and above that some individuals are allowed to enter inside the branch without question. Also the service is very slow.
The worst experience ever......waited in queue for more than 30minutes outside for just to collect my master card. I found people who were there before me complaining that they've been there for long. The line was dead still, when I went to check inside the "card collection" section it was empty, just a consultant standing there busy with her own things. All I wanted to do was to collect, that's all!!!! Nedbank should look into this, I've never had such with any other branches for years, things have improved so why is Jabulani still dragging their legs?!?!?
Poor service. Stood in the queue for more than an hour. Sad thing is that, I was there when they opened - 9am. I just wanted to collect my bank card but, wow, I even left without getting because I had other errands to sort out. Couldn't wait for such bad service. Management needs to look into this. It is just unacceptable.
The service is very bad it's not even pay day but I've been standing in line for more than 2 hours now. Management please do something do we have to go to Sandton to get good service
Counters stay open for long before they call a number to serve clients, the bank gets full because they are very slow. No wonder we get infected , we stay long in chairs unnecessarily. I was here since 8:53 .. it’s now 9:41.
Terrible consultants and their service is sickening they don’t value their clients. Stood in the que with older citizens for an hour without help. Workers go to lunch in groups. Disgusted by this branch
What i can say is come to the mall oh plz
Very slow and poor service. You stand on the que for hours and end up not being helped
