Really pathetic service,,once a great branch, now I'm actually thinking of changing banks...ATM machines don't work, then you wait for over a hour in a queue that you number 3 at cash services and no customer service at all....really really disappointed in this Vincent branch...I won't be coming here after this.

For a banks that supposedly so innovative, The "service" for a lack of a better word in this branch is absolutely horrible. Waiting a full hour at cash services on a line of 3 people. A bloody joke.

I’ve been here since 9AM now it’s 12:00 and am still waiting. Please improve your service

Sitting for an hour waiting to be served. A gentleman of the chosen colour gets taken to the teller before us...who have been sitting here after a hard days work.... worst experience ever. Think I should consider a change where people of colour are treated with same respect.

Wow bit better than my last review. Arrive 10:20am. In the bank 11:15 am. Finally to a person at 13:00. Then all fine. But what really annoyed me was the last time my husband went in Monday 3 Aug 2020 was told could not get my cards as no signing power on computer. I was on sick leave. Only to discover today after filling in more power of attorney forms that it was indeed on the computer. Your tele market keeps on telling you that older people get moved to the front. Plenty old people in the queue outside for over 2 hours Please explain why no response to any reviews.

This bank is not serious. Poor customer service.

i wish i could rate 0 Very Slow service ive been here more than 2hours And 2 white ladies seemingly they dont trust me .they requested the proof of payment when i wanted to increase the limit

Appalling service. The line goes so slowly. I was here just to collect my credit card. I had to follow a long and winding line. The app didn’t give me the option of having my card couriered to me. I’m beyond disappointed

If there was a possibility of giving 0 stars I would! The worst branch bank ever. Please close this branch as all customers stand outside for hours on end when you go inside the staff are all walking around and the receptionist is sitting and watching movies on the computer
