There's nothing intelligent about Nedbank, I went to collect my card at this branch on Saturday and had to wait for 20 minutes just to collect a card.  I installed the app and it does not send sms notifications yet the setting to perform such is enabled, Today Monday I went to the branch for assistance as I was not receiving OTPs and they couldn't help me and told me all looks fine on my profile I should atleast buy airtime on the app. I had to withdraw cash from the ATMs as I couldn't transact. For a bank that claims to be intelligent this is below substandard.

The experience i received was very poor, the staff was unwilling to help me because i applied a loan online and i was advised to visit a branch, even when when they were instructed to help me, their attitude was unpleasant i even left the branch without getting any assistance
