Worst service ever, ATM's not working, all cash service tellers not on their stations. Waited for more than 40minutes while they were trying to locate the team leader . Never again in my life shall I visit this branch. Disgusting service ever
The most terrible service as usual. 2 tellers open, one sitting doing nothing. Bad attitude from the manager. If I could close all my accounts with them I would, but I would probably have to sit for 3 days just to get that done. Get your act together Nedbank. Absolutely atrocious!!!!
Tardy, inefficient lot. Zombie-like service-thought I was waiting at a government municipal facility. Picture this scenario - bunch of people sitting behind their desks adorned with the requisite plaques, doing little besides looking important and chomping their hand - crafted sandwiches. Gone are the days when the name Nedbank was synonymous with professionalism and premium customer service. Now just a farcical nightmare.
Waited for over an hour to do a deposit. There are 9 windows for tellers and only 3 working. The amount of people waiting to be served and the amount of people actually working is shocking. There is a lack of urgency in this place! The front staff say they are doing something about it only for nothing to be done. People pretending to be busy but actually are not!

Worst service ever, I understand it's covid and they have limited staff, however, there should be no excuse for customers to sit in thhw bank for an hour before they can be assisted. I just wanted to make a deposit which should not take that long... Poor service
Nedbank is full of crap….they’ve blocked my moms account for 72hrs due to FICA but have no common decency to advise the account holder to FICA account or that they will be blocking it. Unacceptable
I'm trying to find out if the bank is open on Monday 13 April. It says 9am but may change because of Family Day... Surely you would know that! It should be a positive answer. We are pensioners and can't afford to ride around needlessly, especially in this lockdown period. My husband is very ill, and l need to deposit money.. NOT at autoteller as that often shoots notes back out!

Worst service ever. Tellers are sitting doing nothing and not calling on clients to assist them. You come in this branch you'll sit and wait for more than an hour to be served.
