I popped in knowing exactly what I wanted. The store was very well stocked and nicely laid out, this is my first visit to the new premises and I was quite impressed. The lady at the till was very helpful and offered assistance between serving other customers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because this Durban North location comes with Durban North pricing, but that is to be expected and at least offers convenience.
Went there with a specific mind to buy one thing and walk out with much much more than anticipated. Well stocked and have a variety of products.
As an artist and upcoming Architect as well as business owner, Imagine That has been of much help for all supplies for orders and school related things, The employees are loving and so friendly and always nice to chat with when looking for specifics, I would recommend you to go here for any art, crafts and wood supplies!
I was looking for items for a DIY mural. I was amazed at the range and prices. I also found some unusual gifts and workshops that I will be attending. Very knowledgeable staff
Lovely Place, friendly staff, Lots of affordable personalised wood lasering and extensively art supplies. I have followed this store where ever they have moved to simply because I can confidently say that they are the best at what they do. I have referred a lot of friends and family as well and they have all come back with excellent reviews. They have all your arts and crafts needs and will eventually open you up to more and more interesting things as you continue to visit them. This is my go to place for wood lasering, I have ordered items for many occasions: Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Deepavali, Christmas. There's nothing they can't design off an idea. The kids love all the DIY kits and art classes and the stores offerings greatly assists parents with school arts and crafts needs. My artistic friends have loved all the serious art supplies. All round they are one of my favorite places to shop at!
Hobbies, crafts, diy projects, they have it all....this store is a lot smaller than when they were based in Umhlanga, but it has almost everything you can think of to let your creativity shine. The store manager is most helpful and they offer classes in resin art, decoupage etc. It's an excellent way to learn a skill to start a small business
Great prices and all your craft requirements in a quaint store.
Rude staff always get 1 star. Really wish I could give a lower rating. I only wanted to pay for my items. When I asked is there anyone to help. Rudely told they are short staffed. She could have politely told me she would be with me in a bit. I stood at the till for 10min. No interest at all.
Wonderful set up. Awesome variety. Staff are very rude. No one helped us. When I did ask for help eyes were rolled and rudely told staff shortage. I only wanted to pay. Maybe they don't need business but all help I wanted was to pay for what I chose. Begging to purchase. Will spread the vibe to everyone I know.....imagine that, Imagine That!!
I have followed these guys from the Crescent in 2009, to Buxtons Spar and now to Kensington. The ladies at the store also love crafting and it shows in their dealings with clients. The staff are knowledgeable and always offer great advice. Going there is always a treat.
