We have no problem with Dr Nel, but the white receptionist has a horrific attitude. Sighing like everything is an inconvenience for her. Doesn’t deserve a job!
If I could rate a zero I would.literally couldn’t care about my emergency state better yet sent me home yet he and the nurse knew what was happening. Did not bother explain to me what’s happening. I would not recommend any1 to go there worst treatment ever. All they focused on is expanding your bill as best as possible leaving with no help no explanations. Even more confused
Dr. Nel is the one of the friendliest and wel spoken doctors. The same can not be said for his staff. When I phoned I got told they close at 12:00 on Wednesday and even when I got there well before then, I was shown away. Sadly I was reminded why I don’t go there anymore.
I have the utmost trust in Dr Nel and have only had fantastic care over the last 20 years at least!

Everythings covid...just needed time booked off and sleeping tablets for my other half as his working hours are horrible... Hes a smoker so he coughs since before covid and his temperature was perfectly fine... Only symptoms he has is dizzyness and light-headedness and hes tired... the doctor wont see him without a covid test first....coz money grows on trees for everyone. Wish I had an option for minus 5stars
Dr Nel is a wonderful doctor and is patient and kind. My family have been going to him for many years.
Wonderful, compassionate Dr, makes you feel very comfortable and is very caring.
