Nelspruit Hotel and Conference Centre

Doesn’t match the description AT ALL. Hotel advertises a bar and restaurant that weren’t available. Asked for a room with balcony and didn’t get one. Rooms much bleaker than advertised. Tried to get some food to no avail, and couldn’t reach reception for assistance. False advertising, Food & drinks: None at all. Advertised as having a restaurant and bar but wasn’t true when we showed up, and no help from reception when we tried to sort out alternatives.

The management service is Very Bad, I cancelled my booking due to the third wave COVID-19. It's almost 2 weeks now I haven't received my refund. Already this is a reflection of the type of service I will get if I book there again once the third wave has passed. If the management service is Bad how will they teach the stuff to give a great service.

I loved this place, affordable and easy to locate. The rooms are neat and tidy.Rooms: 4/5

Never stay there! Not a minute of sleep! Staff members and girls from the street partied the entire night! Shouting, door slamming in front of our room and in the entire hotel area! Everyone seemed drugged and girls got pulled into rooms against their will. Horror! We locked ourselfs in, dangerous place! Flooded bathroom after we returned from dinner. We were not given another room, not even towels to soak up the water. Staff member told me if I slip and break my leg he would pay for it. Zero respect for guests! Worst experience in South Africa we ever had!

I waited 15min for bath towels to brought to our room because "they are not allowed in the store rooms", I had to ask for extra sugar & coffee for the coffee station there was 2 sachets of sugar & 1 sachet of coffee, the bin under the coffee station had a torn box of trust condoms & a used condom of which that made my husband & I question the cleanliness of the bed sheets, the tap in the shower kept falling off, we used to like this place, we are never going back there

Noisy environment, here for work and can not work with the drunken noise outside the door.Poor lighting in the room, lights do not work in the room and some aspects of the room are in disrepair like a broken toilet seat just left lying around. Staff are not helpful at all and room is definately not clean, even had waste in the toilet upon arrival. Wifi connectivity is non existent.Nice to have aircon in the room but not nice that condensation drips onto the bed. Dont know the difference between hard and soft eggs...... wondering about the goings on there...........

Poor customer service in general, there is no sense of urgency or care for guests. There is not enough parking and you have to outside building and if you park inside you will he blocked by other cars. They have a long way to go, I hope they invest in improving

Remote was not working, no iron in the rooms and small bathroom, shower had water leaking outside had to use two towels on the floor.

The place is beutiful and not far from transport in case you do not own your own car. The place need to improve on wifi, all public places nowadays are having easy access to data. The data/wifi is difficult to use or to connect. It is matter of fixing the availability.
