I went in for a simple watch strap pin. They fixed it and also explained why the previous one broke, and it ended up dropping the watch a couple of times. It great that they don't see it as a quick buck to make, but is willing to guide and inform the client. Bought the previous pin from another shop, they will not happen again

I had a bad expirience ..i bought watch wrest last year december 2020 till today march 12 2021 they have not got my.order excuses after excuse... and lady behind the speaker is bossy ..she just telling me what she feels like and generalising instead of lookin at my individual case
