There's really a way to treat customers. They way the male cashier just directed me to the female cashier isn't the way you talking to customers. I believe the right way would've been "Sir sorry I'm only serving customers outside please make use of the other cashier." That spunds better than: "I'm only help these customer go there..." really?
Engen Darling is more than just your one stop fuel shop. Yolandé was such a saving grace in our time of need. We ran out of electricity just as all the shops were closing and called Engen in the hope that they sell. They do not sell electricity, but Yolande took our meter number and graciously offered to run down the road to buy electricity on our behalf as we could not get there in time. Yolandé, you're a absolute star. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
