Unprofessional service. Unpolitely turned me away because they did not have "specific" clippers to cut my hair. The conversation was had right in front of me where the hairdresser just shook her head with an unfriendly look on her face

I phoned the salon to make an appointment when I was told that they don't do appointments, only walk ins. To my surprise, when I went to the salon, people came after me and were serviced before me, when I asked why, they told me that they had appointments. I've never felt so disrespected in my entire life. To make matters worse, my hair didn't even come out proper. I mean I just went for a relaxer, it's really not rocket science. I'm never using their services again.Service: Hairstyling

I was highly pregnant when I went on one Sunday for a simple hair wash. The ladies were still busy with a few people and asked me to pass time around the shopping centre in the meantime and then come back, which I did… When I finally returned after passing time for 2 hours, I found more people who were never there when I had first come in earlier and was surprised. They told me that they’re still busy with other people so, I left and never came back. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t prioritise a pregnant lady - it’s basic humanity. All I wanted was a wash, which doesn’t even take long. Mind you, before this incident, I had been to the salon a few times. I’ve never returned since what happened and would never recommend them based on that uncompassionate experience I had with them. Sorely disappointed.
