I'm extremely disappointed with the stale disgusting doughnuts that I received a day late!! I really don't know how 'fresh items' are not made a priority especially after the order was placed and paid for over two weeks ago. My wife spent about R400.00 on this gift :

Am I the only person who consistently receives nothing but bad service from Netflorist? Which is then compounded by an attitude of no care at all???? Most annoying and frustrating. I tried to give a ZERO star rating but it will not allow you to proceed without a star. So one star is generous.

Never delivered. It happened twice in the past and silly me... thought it would be third time lucky. Will use and promote their competitors from now on.

You guys are the worst when it comes to deliveries, this is the second time now you guys deliver when I've knocked of why can't you deliver at the offices on normal hours not all of us work until 5.
