I'll never forget when they asked me to write code for a weather app for RAIN networks. 1 month later, Rain's website has the weather feature before my app has it. Thank you for exposing yourselves and showing that you probably breached data privacy policies by getting inside information about features my app is having in the future.
Don't even deserve the one star i have given them. Utterly useless. all they do is mine candidates but no real position is ever available. waste of time applying to the posts advertised as these posts don't even exist.
Dear Finance Recruiters, I was contacted by FOUR different recruiters in November when I became available in the market. I had my initial meeting with each one of them that went well as everyone was very helpful, positive and kind. I was requested to give a rating right after the meeting and obviously it would be good since they created some expectationd. I was referred ONCE for a job and NEVER heard from the recruiter on whether I am shortlisted or what the procedures are. Since then, haven't heard from one of the FOUR recruiters for 5 months! The best part is that Pnet and Careers 24 are full of opportunities advertised by Network Finance, however, four recruiters can't find me an opportunity? To top it off they forbid you to be with any other recruiting company AND you can't apply for the jobs advertised since it is dependant on a recruiter - now you ask why the unemployment rate is so high? I found more than 10 interviews on my own and other recruiters contacting me, how is it possible that Network Finance Recruiters as so quiet?? I found a job opportunity through Redi Recruitment that reached out to me, and can I tell you was that service or was that service! I was contacted on a REGULAR basis to explain what the process is, what the progress are, any reasons for possible delays. I finally got the job and been working for 2 months and I STILL receive calls from my recruiter to check in on how I am settling in, how the morale is whether I am happy is, etc. Now that is service! Maybe time to check your recruiters and take some tips from other companies ; for the size of the company I expected a lot more, so disappointing!
They don't read. They'll call you as soon as you update your CV online even if your profile requested email communication only. They propose jobs to you that you are not interested in, or in areas other than where your profile states you are looking to work.
Repeat applying, consultants always busy, and no reply on jobs applied for.
The most useless recruitment agency I have ever come across. This was a total waste of my time. Never again! You guys are pathetic.
