Staff is very knowledgeable about what they are selling in terms of the difference between v power and standard on diesel. Abdul was so kind to enter me into a competition because I filled up over R250. Diesel standard is 22.70, and v power is 23.05 most affordable pricing I have come across. The place is busy, but it's worth the wait.

Threw R200 in my car tonight and I usually get over 100km of fuel mileage. Here I threw R200 and it didn't move 1km up. That's unacceptable, DO NOT THROW FUEL IN AT THESE THIEVES! Must a person now ask to see that there's fuel in the pump. It is possible that there was no fuel in this pump!!! This is utterly disgusting how you would rob people off hard earned money for your benefit, sis man. Im taking this all over social media. I was a victim, you won't make other people victims to this theft and daylight pocket theft. To make this worse I drive a 1.0L vehicle. So please make this make sense!!!

Please can you get your guys to work faster every day is the same thing waiting for 10min or longer to get fuel please train your guys you guys are to slow

On Friday, 2 July, we arrived to fill up with petrol but unfortunately, left to fill up elsewhere due to poor service from petrol attendants. Firstly, we waited for quite a while and the attendants seemed amused by our discomfort of their delay and seemed to deliberately ignore us. Anyway, I suppose it's not their loss but the director of this garage as they lost a customer who wanted to fill his tank as well as wabted to arrange to fill up on a monthly basis, not just his tank but his family members too, just saying....

Good filling station and friendly costomer care.

Food court is Halal, convenient for Muslim Comunity, delivery is also available, however diet zero sugar soft drinks were not available, even the Shell store didn’t have.

Worst service ever. I fill up only with Shell all over JHB but Newclare has the worst service.This is the 3rd time this month I drive off without receiving any service after 10 minutes. I am now at Fomiss Shell in Ormonde.Best service.

Owner is arrogant and wont admit people are scouting on site , tons of people getting robbed at this garage. Service is absolutely pathetic .Definitely not worth supporting these people.

Great place to be, great service, fresh pies and great coffees. Today I was told specials can only be paid on cash. To me it seems like I paid the full price, and someone is taking the difference out the till. Anyway, would be nice to know why card purchases don't enjoy specials.
