Beautiful building with a nice rooftop but that is all the good to say. I stayed here for a week, placed on the 8th floor. Unfortunately on 2 of the days I had to WFH. From 8am - 5pm there was construction right above my apartment, hammering, drilling, sawing every single day. I thought Saturday might be different and I can sleep in. No. Woken up promptly at 8:23 by banging right above my apartment. Spoke to a neighbour during loadshedding who says since she's been here that's how her daily life is, how awful. There's no backup power in the apartment even though we called to check and were specifically told there was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Stunning building but far from peaceful. Noise levels are unbearable throughout the night. Rowdy students party there daily and fire alarm rings continuously day in and day out! Not to mention…RATS!!!

This is such an awesome block, the coffee shop down stairs is the highlight of my day and the gym and functional training areas are great.... And the views
