What more can you ask for, water straight from the streams from the mountain, blessed from the heavens. Water is clear and fresh tasting, simply marvellous. Wait is not too long and security always available to assist. Limit of 25l per person per session if that makes any sense, if your need is greater you need to get back in the line. Early mornings are the best as queues are not that long or none. Flow rate is 25l/5min during heavy traffic, otherwise not too shabby.
Social distancing being applied these days. Every second tap open. Enter only via entry gate, 25 lit per person per entry, hand sanitizer at every entry, exit one way only. Working well.
A breath of nature & spring water, eco-friendly tidy and neat, great management_evergreen
Always easy to get the water at the taps in the mornings with a short quee, but I'm happy with the service.
Collect quality pure spring water from this free collection point provided by the City of Cape Town. Take along your empty bottles. There is ample safe parking, security guards watching, & cameras monitoring. SO YOU ARE SAFE. Only allowed to fill 25 litres at a time, so if you have more bottles to fill, you do relays from your car back to the taps and so on. Really grateful this collection point is still operating. Thanks, City of Cape Town. I used to collect pure spring water from the original collection point in Springs Way no longer there since 2012. It's always a treat to come to Cape Town again & fill up while I'm there.
Went in the morning at about 11ish Moderately busy but the queues went relatively quick Had to make a couple of waiting in line as each person can only fill 25L at a time and I had 20 5L cans
This location to some extent is an improvement over the one in Spring Road next to old age home but at the least the residents will get some peace. Properly built to serve as a water collection point. The waiting times can become a drag but it's WATER and we need it. Lights will help as well as more collection points in the City too.
Fresh spring water that taste great.. Decent parking area. Guards always present and regulates flow of people..
There is a sign that says 25 litres. However there are people who go with more than 25 litre bottles at a time. Was there today and a guy with a green vest on had about nearly 20 bottles whilst other people had to wait with there 25 litre bottles and others had big 20 litre containers. Why do some people abide by riles. Security does nothing yet once we were stopped by them when we had 1 extra 5 litre bottle. This is unacceptable.
Our staple drinking water source. We collect every 2 weeks. Would love it of the City could test & publicise the results on a monthly basis.
