NVEST SECURITIES
In mid-2008, the NFB group re-structured to become the NVest Holdings Group of companies. In December 2008, an exciting development saw NFB East London’s Portfolio Management Services division combining with the stock brokerage, Sasfin, to form NVest Securities, holder of one of a total of only 51 JSE approved member licences in the country.
NVest Securities actively manages share portfolios and currently has R1.2 billion assets under management. They offer the management of portfolios both on a discretionary basis, where all investment decisions are left with the portfolio managers, or on an advisory basis, where the client is actively involved in the investment decisions.

INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR AND TRUST
March 2009 saw the acquisition of Independent Executor and Trust into the NVest Holdings Group of companies. IE&T is an established, independent trust and fiduciary services company. Some of the services which they offer include, but are not limited to, the following: estate planning, drafting of wills, administration of deceased estates and administration of testamentary trusts.
