The worst possible service that an office can offer. The incompetency and blatant disregard for businesses is unfathomable.The most ridiculous aspect over and above the clowns Staff and Management in the office is the fact that they are still operating in the stone age. Everything is done electronically these days and yet documents still have to printed and signed by hand as they don't accept electronically signed documents. Where in your life have you seen a switch board have a voicemail ?! More over staff NEVER answer their phones, Takes 2 + days to get a response via email if you are lucky ... It's a pity that you have to select a star in order to make a review , because the staff and office don't even warrant that.... ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - TIME AND TIME AGAIN

Mickey mouse operation - takes weeks to even get a renewal form then you have to continue to pester them to get your invoice for the certificate. Delays and excuses everyday. This organisation should be disbarred, absolutely useless. The receptionist that answers the phone for the Durban branch is very rude and arrogant. If she cannot provide customer service, she should find another job!

Trying to get a certificate from NHBRC Durban for almost a year now, as they lost the original certificate when we attended on the offices to collect same. The courtesy in responding to emails seems to be lacking and combined with an inability to provide members with electronic certificates after numerous requests. This office needs really good management to train staff with skills to perform at their peak ...

How on earth does a switchboard operator has an out of office notification ? And when you commit to call back, do so!!! It there was an option for 0 stars, that is what you deserve.

dont return calls or emails and dont honor the actual warranty you pay for - went through NHBRC with no outcome

Service is very disappointing. They don't even come over to view and assess. Just close the file.
