You could not have a more pleasant and professional experience when seeking a General practitioner, Dermatologist or Pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the practitioners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for.

Yet again this morning I phoned to try to book an appointment and as previously nobody picks up a phone . I did take it up with management before some 2 years ago and clearly nothing has changed . Good doctors but pathetic house keeping.

Doctors are good however the same can't be said for their accounts department. We have been waiting for over a month for a refund of around R1k. Each time we phone we are given a different excuse as to why payment has yet to be effected. Now apparently the entire finance team is being consulted regarding our paltry refund which I submit is not entirely a cost effective route...

Dr Sauer is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. He picked up a deadly emphysema in my toddlers lung which would have been fatal. Two other doctors were not able to do so. He has helped my family with many medical issues and I can't express how grateful I am for his assistance and support over the past 11 years of being his patient. Just 2 months ago he picked up that I needed surgery. The specialist wasn't too keen on this but I stuck with his opinion and thankfully it was the correct one. Post op I am much better for it. N

Sister on duty is by far the rudest person at the practice. Receptionists and Dr Rust the best ever. Please remember politeness costs you nothing in an emergency situation.

Be very careful about going to doctors at NHC. Last time I was there the doctor prescribed R1600 worth of blood tests for chronic hypertension without giving me any indication of what the cost would be or why they were so necessary. He was also aware that I was under the impression that the tests would be covered by the PMB for the chronic condition. Discovery medical aid only covered R194.00 of the tests and advised me that 12 codes charged only 3 of them were paid by the prescribed minimum benefits cover. Now I need to somehow ;pull out R1406 to pay the pathologists before I get handed over. But who cares, the doctor and pathologist are rake it in!

I have never had a bad experience here. They are professional and friendly from reception to doctors, nurses, dermatologist, pharmacy. I have seen a few doctors but mostly Dr Landman and Dr Naidoo who are great with my daughter since she was a baby. I go here all the time

The dermatologist, Dr Ayanda M. Is the greatest to ever happen to my son , who has been struggling with extreme ezcema from a young age and now a young adult. She has not only cleared the bad skin away but has kept it well under control. Humbled by her genuine care, warmth and professionalism. We travel a few kilometers for your services. Thank you

I had a great experience from the reception to the dentist Dr Razak and his assist who attended to my 8 yr old daughter very kind and professional. Thank you again Dr Razak.

N. H. C. Health centre Honeydew is fantastic. They offer a full range of services from a pharmacy to dieticians. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
