I had an excellent experience with my audiologist at HEARing4u. From the moment I walked in the door, she made me feel at ease and listened attentively to my concerns. When I had to get my BAHA, she patiently explained the process and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. I have been a pasient of Nici's for many years, although I stay far from Kemptonpark, I always go back to her. The service I received from Nici and her staff is above and beyond, they even contacted my medical aid to get the authorization needed.  The hearing aid I received is the best ever, I don't struggle anymore. I can even take my phone calls and listen to music from my cellphone.  I highly recommend  Nici and her practice.
