Gave phone in for LCD to be fixed last week. They damaged the network cable. Took it back today where I was told nothing is wrong with the phone. They then checked the phone and I was asked if I give permission to wipe my phone. I told them 5 times that I do not give permission and they still went ahead and wiped my phone. When I asked about it they said it was a miscommunication. I do not recommend them.
