I got the best service from Herman Fourie, Patient, Passionate and Kind hearted. This gentlemen exceeded my expectations, he did everything he could to ensure I am satisfied. I definitely recommend Kia Nigel AutoCity for any buyer, especially first time buyers. Herman you are the best Brother your work ethic is astonishing.

Nissan Nigel provided probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Did not take me as the customer in consideration at all. After I sent my vehicle there to repair faults since delivery - it comes back after nearly 3 weeks having the same problems like the light bulb not working. I am a lady driving night time ! Now I have to drive with my brights on. So unacceptable.

I also recently bought a pre-owned Mahindra and whilst the Service of the gentleman whom assisted me was exemplary, unfortunately the Workshop was sub par particularly when it comes to the 101 Check which is simply a comment on a piece of paper. While I had excellent service from Paula. I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager. There was a missing extra that was on the advert that was suddenly not being included in the sale. I had driven over an hour to view and purchase the vehicle and he wasn't prepared to discuss the issue. Eventually I had to come into his office, introduce myself politely and try explain that I had driven over an hour and suddenly the canopy is not included. He shook my hand and was not prepared to apologise for the mistake not the fact that when we went for a test drive the vehicle ran out of petrol. I am in the service industry and this is disgusting coming from a senior manager of a car dealership.

I bought a car @ autocity Nigel but in 2 weeks the car broke down. Now it's a month & i want my money back as i'm not happy with their service & they all mute on me. The service here sucks dont support them.

I have bought a car bmw 316i from Nigel auto fantastic service no matter what .but the quality of the service department and car with issues was horrible they deserve to be sued and be delt with legally I took my bmw into bmw for a check up and the car had endless oil leaks and coolant problems horrible

They sell new and used cars but also in a very good condition

Super fast service given here along with professionalism and at the same time casual. I think anyone would feel comfortable when visiting this dealership. Something for everyone.
