this place will test your patience. some staff are kind but the people in the back, with authority, are incredibly rude. they will yell at you for asking a question, turn you away for something as trivial as having a facial piercing they claim "the standards of nigeria"don't allow for any even though I have an NIN from nigeria where my photo is captured with a facial piercing, and their information is wrong. note: they open from 9h-13hr, not 8-12 as the website says. best to call to confirm what you need to bring & what to expect so you aren't disappointed after your four hour wait...
Officials are polite and prompt in service delivery
Not impressed.. Was supposed to collect my documents but they shifted the date without a notice
I believe the parking spaces in the consulate should be made available again to people coming to the embassy for their legal civic businesses
They make us, Nigerians, feel a bit of the atmosphere of home away from home. It was nice to see everyone the applicants, visitors, staff and security being organized and kind. And, I got my new passport within two months when I indicated I'm a student who urgently needed the renewal.
Very neat environment. Helpful staff members. Speedy service resulting in short wait on queue unlike in those days.Nice one
Services better than before
Visited the Consulate for the first time. It was clean, orderly and peaceful. The staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. Nice to experience good service at a Nigerian Government establishment....well done team.
Great experience. The roads were free, and no traffic
