Nightjar Training & Consulting, a Lowveld based company, was specifically established for the Game Lodge industry in Africa, with our Guide training options tailored towards existing, already qualified guiding teams.
The Guide Training division is led by our Head Trainer & Co-Owner, Charles Delport – an experienced FGASA Level 3 SKS Guide Trainer & Assessor. After noticing a severe lack of training options for entry level guides who wanted to further their qualifications within the field, Charles made it his personal goal to provide reliable, accessible and completely tailored training (including FGASA assessments), to the existing Guiding market.
Services range from FGASA Assessments, general guiding techniques & knowledge training, trails guide & rifle training, 4x4 training, photography basics and team building sessions, right through to hospitality training, for a completely comprehensive & bespoke service.
