Worst service ever! It's a shame cause your food is good. This morning I ordered the breakfast special, I was given the meal and not my cuppucino until I waved countless times to get someone to get me my coffee. I asked them to warm my food as it had become cold but I was asked "How? We don't have microwaves" I had cold food and did not even enjoy it. First time I experienced bad service, I kept quiet about it, I'm just frustrated now.

Very cool place, love to chill there with my spouse. I was going to give it 5-stars, minor problem is that light orders really delay even if it's empty in the restaurant. Love the staff, sweet and friendly, especially Ayanda and Nhlonipho. Really cool :- Keep the smiles on guys, we're making lifetime memories with you!!!

I love ninos their stake is to die for and their pizza are very good. They really should work on their air-conditioning though coz it's always hot in there and the waiter says it's BEEN broken. Cant fault them on quality of service.

Had an awesome time at Ninos Mutual Mall the other day, the staff was friendly , very efficient and the best part was their very affordable breakfast of only R10. You basically have to buy any Ninos coffee and get breakfast which has 2 eggs, rasher of bacon, slice of toast and tomato. I was amazed!!!!! Check it out

Great Cappuccino while waiting in line for US Consulate.

The waitress was very rude, even shouted at a customer while explaining to her the different types of coffee, really embarrassing for the lady, the waitress was foul throughout our stay, other than that the food was okay and it was fast.

Great friendly service. Awesome open fire pizzas. Good environment for date night

No complaints... I like the order in the shop, waitresses need to be more energetic though.
