Recently relocated to CPT and found this little gem. My little guy is nearly 4 and we've been on a lock journey for about 2 years now. Sis Lindiwe was so gentle and kind. Treated my kiddo like a King! The ladies working there are so professional and the Salon is so tastefully decorated. This has become my salon of choice and I'm looking forward to a long journey with them.

Amazing place, the ladies there are so welcoming. My hit has been giving me problems for years now and they were so patient with it. The care they gave was amazing. The place is beautiful and Cousy. Offered something to drink, there’s free Wi-Fi and sweets. It’s just an all rounder wonderful hair experience. I’ve found my hairs new BFF. Now that it’s winter they’ve switched things up for a cup of tea or coffee. I meeeeaaaan

I highly highly recommend Asana. The staff is very friendly and gentle with your hair. They offer you something to drink and free wifi. The attention to detail is remarkable. I was particularly impressed by a foot stand they made for their clients to give more comfort when you are sitting! A well thought out setup.

Booking system user friendly, however for a person who used it for the very first time and have never used it before, I was confused on whether to make two bookings since I wanted to both wash and get free hand plaits. It would also be nice if plaits with fibre can be included even if it’s just basic cornrows. The saloon is very convenient and nice, it would really be awesome to have all your natural hair needs in one beautiful spot.Service: Hairstyling

I was really looking forward to visiting this 'high end' natural hair salon. but i have to say after my visit today i was greatly disappointed. i went in for the most basic of services: undo, wash, blow dry. Everything was pleasant until it came to dry my hair. My stylist discouraged me from blow drying my hair which i don't understand, since I booked it and was going to pay for it. unfortunately, I quickly realised why she did so. Although my stylist was kind, she really did not know what she was was doing at ALL. My hair is fried. and the process of drying and combing was very painful. I haven't experienced pain like that in years. and at some point even had to direct her on how to do it correctly. She spent a full HOUR attempting to blow-dry my hair. Half of it fried, the other half too straight. I left with my hair not even combed out properly. As a salon that is supposed to be 'specialising' in natural hair and 'no-tears', I am shocked that i couldn't get simple blow dry. I traveled all the way from Bellville for this. She said I didn't have to pay for the blow dry service, so naturally i didn't but i feel like the entire thing was a waste of money cause I'm probably going to have to wash my hair again in an attempt to rehabilitate it. Huge dampen on my day. Cute set-up but certainly not worth getting my hair cooked.Services: Blowouts

WOW! Brought my 3.5 year old for a wash, detangling and braids. Nolu was so gentle and patient with her. Not one tear was shed, I am so amazed! Beautiful salon, free wifi so mommies can work while they wait. We've had a few bad experiences in the past, but I think we've finally found The One thank you so much for giving my girl the royal treatment, we'll be back soon.Services: Braids

I was so excited to get my hair done for a second time at asana beauty soon to be greatly disappointed! My appointment originally was the day after valentines, and got cancelled same day because the Loctician was sick. Next day I come in expecting a fresh color, extensions, and a retwist. The Loctician was extremely rude, I showed her a picture of what I wanted with the color. Failing to tell me that they had the color that I wanted in the shop. My extensions was falling out, the color was patchy and she didn’t put me under the dryer. She moved on to her next client without finishing. During my service I told her how I wasn’t happy with my hair and she didn’t care. And I went to a second salon after to fix the mistakes.Sadly I will not be returning to this salon. I would like a FULL refund please!Services: Hairstyling

First time experience 5 star. You usually have to book online on their website for a date. Lindiwe did a great job giving my dreads life, twisting and styling it for my wedding next week. Again did a superb job. Everyone there are amazing and kind, they offered me some beverages and also borrowed me their phone charger since mine was dying. They also offer wifi at the space and payments are via card online no cash. Definitely going there again. Love it. Like i said 5 star.

I had a wonderful experience doing my dreadlocks. Warm, clean, professional and affordable. The ladies were sweet and the environment was calm I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I was offered a beverage, some sweets and I left the salon looking beautiful! I'm looking forward to my next visit!Services: Hairstyling
