Not very impressed and not a happy customer at all. On the 2nd March 2023- the NM plumbing team came to install a new gyeser at my town-house and they changed the pipes as well. On the 3rd March 2023 when I got home from work around 6pm. The house was full of water, because of the leakage from the pipes they installed and caused damage to my personal belongings- my Macbook included. I then reported the matter and I was asked to get a damage report for my laptop- which I paid R350 exc vat to obtain from a company called NuEra. I then sent it to them and I was told they will only accept a report from Istore. I lost all my work that was in my laptop because of NM plumbing and my laptop is not replaced to date...Service:&nbsp;Water heater installation
