This is one of the useless Associates in South Africa what they do best is harassment I paid my debt with Zonefitness and I sent these guys everything but they keep on calling and tell me that it's not their department to check documents. I sent the documents on the 3rd of October 2020 at 9:50 am but they are still calling me.

They are useless I have been paying this account since 2019 September , I have never missed a payment before and it has been accumulating interest every month , an interested which is not consistent. A lady by the name Kena Kgobane assisted me nicely really appreciate, she told me she will ask management to call me and they did . Then I spoke to a lady because i was challenging her with questions she transferred me to her manager Bheki . He told me in the best way is to go a bank to ask for loan so I settle the account imagine another Debt he was not even answering my questions how does an account have an interested if you paying every month an interested which is not consistent. Whats worse is there are moths I pay twice but there is still an interest its like I am paying R20 so useless..

I cannot get hold of anybody to cancel an account because the account holder passed away but we are still recieving smses

If there was a - stars! Totally unprofessional and violating the popia act! Sending personal info by sms to a wrong person! Also harassing people with a 20 year old MTN account that was paid up 20 years ago! I must say that obviously their knowledge off the word "prescribed" is non existing! Bunch of chancers and no respect for the popia act whatsoever . Obviously staff that doesn't know work ethic at all.

The consultant is arugant and does not stop telling me how wrong I am not giving me the opportunity to talk at all they deserve a 0* not even 1* absurdity disgusting service I am just wrong

Unprofessional and rude consultant dropped the phone just because I asked her name because I couldn't hear,clearly she doesn't like her job.

These people don't send you a paid up letter wants you completed payment

Just wanna know why you block our debit orders

How can I see my statement bcs I paid for a year now without seeing my balances

I have also paid my account in full in 2018 and today I have received an sms from that Company that stated that I owe them money. I owe them nothing.
