From the outside you will think it's a 3 star then you walk into your room you find a 5 star room. Clean, smells goods, clean white linen, very quiet, good service and I had a very peaceful sleep.

Since My last visit almost 5 years ago today,they place still looking very relaxing and warm hospitality atmosphere.Staff All very friendly and welcoming.........

Our family booked the conference room for a wedding and we had a bad experience: the service staff was unfriendly and dishonest. The conference room aircon was not functioning and they didn't seem to have an alternative plan.

It's a relaxed quiet place with friendly staff.

The hall was cold. But the food was great. The place is clean.

I received bad service from the staff. The staff Refemetswe and Refilwe is unprofessional and not helpful at all. I asked for a quote from Refilwe, it took a week to get a quote. Don't even bother calling for a quotation, let alone go there.
