We aim to empower these persons to achieve their highest level
of functioning in the community by developing skills, striving for recognition
and preventing abuse and stigmatisation.
The mission of the organisation is to work with the community to achieve
the highest possible level of mental health for all by:
Enabling people to participate in the identification of mental health needs and by
responding appropriately; developing effective services to meet the needs of
people having difficulty coping with everyday situations; Creating public awareness
of mental health issues; and striving for the recognition and protection of mental
health rights of all people.
The organisation aspires towards a caring and equal service system within a just
and fear society.
