North-West University: Mafikeng Campus Library

The design and resources of the library are exceptional but something needs to be done about the NWU employees that always have loud conversations as we’re studying. The library would have 5 stars if noise levels were kept to a minimum. It is more quiet at night which is a very good thing

Helpful librarians and staff. So many facilities to use. Boardrooms, study rooms, research commons, computer laboratories and a massive collection of books.

The library is neat, cozy, organized and Covid-19 regulated. Students can come in and leave at specific times, get to make use of the school PC or their own laptops or materials.

Well equipped library. You can find all your faculty prescribed books and more. Every time I come here I always experience great service because the staff is extremely helpful. You can also borrow books from VAAL and Potch which will delivered at NWU MAFIKENG free of charge. The place is conducive for studying, its neat and not noisy. There is a place for group study, there is a computer lab etc and it is wheelchair friendly.

Very well -stocked library with both hard copy and innumerable online academic materials for students. It is also spacious and very well ventilated.
