Northmead Mall Carwash Worx

Paid for a wash and go. Turns out the car wasnt even properly cleaned with many areas left with dirt on the roof, window trims and tyres. And to top it all off I was delighted to see that they managed to break the mirror closing mechanism. Then was told that they didnt touch it. Oh and before I forget, i couldn't even get hold of the owner. Needless to say, we wont be back. I recommend that if you thinking about going there to get your car washed here.....just dont

Really bad approach to service. Took my car here with a friend, so he we wanted both our cars washed full service. He told us that he would maybe be able to do it in an hour and a half. He supposedly had too many cars to get to. Walked out the mall 20 minutes later and he had taken on 3 new cars that weren't even waiting. Ended up going to the carwash next door. Was helped within 20 minutes with many more cars in their queue. Wouldn't recommend.
