Early this week I have taken my car to Bosch Car Service Northway Electrauto for the service for the first time. I was welcomed by Adrian, who is the owner and has been the owner for 32 years. He offered to have me dropped off at the location while my car was going to be serviced but I chose to stay. I sat in the reception area and was offered refreshments. I had a book with me which I was going to read while I was waiting. Adrian did inform me that it might take a few hours for the car to be ready and I was ok with it. Adrian personally kept me updated on the progress of my car. A few hours later I had my car back. The 160 points check was done and I was told that the car is in a good condition. Adrian and his staff were very friendly. I have been driving my car for a few days and so far I am happy. Adrian is very customer orientated and takes pride in what he does. I would recommend this Bosch service center.
Took my car for a service and was very impressed with them. The owner Adrian personally kept me updated with the progress of my car and it was ready same day. Extremely helpful and efficient staff all round. To top it off, when I fetched my car it was spotless. Can’t recommend enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Im always satisfied with the service I receive here. This was my dirst time taking my new car, as the factory sercice plan has lapsed. The service is on par or even a better than the dealer i got the car from. I was just a bit let down with wash my car received after. Looked like a rushed job or an un interested worker.
My Rav4 was serviced here a week ago and overall I was amazed at their excellent level of client service. They were honest on parts that needed to be replaced and did not push me to replace parts that were still okay. Their prices are also very reasonable and I'm sure there is either limited or no markup on the parts. The communication is prompt and very professional. Their driver dropped me off in the morning and he's a fun character! Makes for an entertaining lift. I think I've found my new car service center!
Serviced my car and had the brakes replaced. Job well done and courtesy driver was friendly and knew all the back roads to make the travelling faster. Will definitely take my car there for a service again. Also didn't cost an arm and a leg.
