Nouvelle ere beauty spa

So we chose to wrap up my friends birthday month in a more relaxed manner. Communication from the the booking to arrival and the spa treatment was great and so were our assigned technicians. Great atmosphere especially the pool area, however, I wasn't happy with the platters we ordered. Food was just warm proved that they were prepared a while ago. Spring rolls and samoosa's were not crispy at all. I would suggest they prep the platters a few minutes before clients are done with their last package item. Nonetheless, thank you for a good experience, will definitely come back for the hot stone massage .

Amazing pedicure. So amazingly done, service is great and my beautician Thobile showed her expertise and professionalism. Tebogo was very welcoming in reception and managed to get me an immediate booking. Need to go back again soon

20/05/2023: Following my visit to the Nouvelle ere Beauty Spa on the 1st of May 2023. I could not wait to take my mom there for a massage. We really loved it again. I was impressed by the reception area that is so beautiful and colorful. The garden and the surrounding is clean and perfect. The lady welcomed me with a smile and handed me over to the lady called Thobile who gave me the BEST pedi ever. Thank you Nouvelle ere Beauty Spa..

It is my go to place for all occasions. They have gone out of their way to make every time super special. Have been for treatments with friends and family and I will continue going back

1.Welcome drinks available. 2. Clean and neat. 3. Parking inside the yard and outside the yard available. 4. Located at a safe area. 5. The name of the room used is Zorora. 6. There is a security at the gate. 7. Therapists are friendly and professional. 8. Gown and slippers will be provided to you. 9. Platter options available, please liaise with them, there might be extra costs for that. 10. Had a full body massage, feet massage, neck, shoulders and head massage. 11. Aircon in rooms available. 12. Closet to hang your clothes is available. 13. They have a clean pool. 14. It's a day spa not a night spa. You must arrive 15mins before your given time to avoid your time being reduced.

I had a great experience at the spa. The facility was clean and the staff was very nice. Very professional! The place is just beautiful. Absolutely recommend it.
