I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ntsiki real estate, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this individual to think twice and explore other options. Here are the reasons why Ntsiki real estate is simply the worst: Lack of Professionalism: From the moment I engaged with Ntsiki real estate, it was evident that professionalism was a foreign concept to them. They consistently showed up late to appointments, failed to return calls or emails promptly, and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. It felt as though my time and investment were insignificant to them. Poor Communication: Effective communication is crucial when dealing with real estate transactions, but Ntsiki real estate failed miserably in this aspect. They often provided vague or contradictory information, leaving me confused and frustrated. I had to repeatedly follow up to get even the most basic updates, which significantly delayed the entire process. Incompetence: I have never encountered such a lack of knowledge and competence in a real estate person. It seemed like Ntsiki real estate had no understanding of the local market, current trends, or even the basic legalities involved in real estate transactions. Their inability to provide accurate advice or guidance resulted in numerous costly mistakes and a complete waste of my time. Unethical Behavior: Throughout my interactions with Ntsiki real estate, I witnessed several instances of unethical behavior. They attempted to pressure me into making hasty decisions, disregarded my preferences and requirements, and even misled me about certain aspects of the property I was interested in. It was clear that their primary concern was their commission, rather than providing genuine assistance. Lack of Integrity: Trust is paramount when working with a real estate professional, and unfortunately, Ntsiki real estate demonstrated a severe lack of integrity. They made promises they couldn't keep, failed to disclose critical information about the property, and engaged in shady practices to push for their own agenda. I felt deceived and manipulated throughout the entire process. In conclusion, my experience with Ntsiki real estate was a complete disaster. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, incompetence, unethical behavior, and lack of integrity make them wholly unfit for the real estate profession. Spare yourself the anguish and headaches, and find a reputable, trustworthy real estate professional who genuinely cares about your interests. Don't waste your time here.
