Very poor service, Andre will tell you the car is available and process your finance application only to sell the car to someone else without a thought of the impact to your credit score. The manager Ruan is just as poor. Obviously they have a control to ensure these things don't happen however they don't care.

Not happy with the service I received from them. The car was not inspected properly as there was obvious scratches on the outside and inside of the car that wasn't fixed before I picked up the car. Happy with the car but not with the lack of attention to detail. Don't think I will buy from the again.

My visit was however work related. However, the staff are chilled people so I have no complaints... Business is still flowing

Buying a used car in South Africa from the UK can be infuriating and daunting; especially considering the plentiful unscrupulous car dealers in the country that would probably sell a family member to turn a profit. Along with poor service, terrible communication and a distinctive lack of ethical transparency, I almost gave up. Then one enquiry changed my perception, NTT Baberton. Frank Gunn was honest, transparent and provided the service I would expect from Toyota. Would definitely recommend this dealership and especially, Frank. The vehicle was delivered and inspected, found to be as advertised and six months later, it is still performing as expected. Thank you.
