They started spamming me with SMS's that claim I owe Telkom money. The problem is, they've got the wrong company. Sending an email has not helped. It seems the only recourse is to approach them with a POPI threat.

Un-ethical practices setting up unauthorized debit orders to my bank account when I owe nothing. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY........

They somehow obtained my private phone number to phone me about this "Trudon" scam related to my business. They are definitely obtaining their information illegally.

Absolute scam between Nudebt and Yellow pages , no signed contract no agreement , never heard of them but try to take money not owed to them , very unprofessional never answer Emails asking for copy of signed agreement just carry on threatening legal action if you don't pay . Beware !!!!!!!!!!

They called my work place while my phone was not off. They are unprofessional. Their consultants seem untrained. They are rude, they shout customers and do not want to hear customers thoughts.

Keep on threatening about supposed debt I have with for Yellow Pages but do not supply any feedback or back up documentation.

Telkom and NuDebt collections are incompetent really, I have been calling their call centre for the past 4 days and no one answers, I also sent them an email but I get no response. My account is still suspended yet I made a payment. I call the Telkom call centre and the consultants can't even assist me, I've sent a proof of payment to 3 different consultants

I’ve been a victim of identity theft due to an MTN employee of Greenstone Mall - fraudster Thulani Malaza, I’ve opened a Police Case and have cancelled the fraudulent contracts at MTN. MTN and Nudebt are so useless in administrative procedures that I get multiple calls every week saying I’ve never paid the account. Come on people we in 2022 not the Stone Age, get your houses in order, pathetic useless companies. MTN employs criminals and then gets Nudebt to do their dirty work. Stop wasting peoples time. Yourl deserve to go to jail for harassing innocent people.

I have made several attempts for this company to remove my Cell Number that they have for a Mr K Wippenaar. I have even sent them a copy of my Vodacom Statement showing that the number they have for Mr Wippenaar is in fact my number and they should remove my number. This has been going on for a long time now and this company is so incompetent, they can't even find the correct number for the person they are looking for. Even after been sent proof that the number they have is incorrect. Completely and Utterly Useless!!!!

Ive never seen such a poor serive . This nudebt company keeps on debiting on my bank account yet ive never been into business with them only with telkom. Even with telkom ive never received what i applied for but still i get debitted for nothing their calls are always ringing unanswered. This company is a scam . Busy dragging peoples names in the mud
