My mom was placed in the care of Rynmed for 2 months after one of the "top " brands in private hospitals totally mistreated her and caused her to become an invalid after being admitted for a dislocated shoulder. The care given at Rynmed was incredible. The nurses were really great with her and the communication from them was really good. We received a comprehensive report from them on her discharge. They treated her holistically, mind and body. They are caring and passionate about their patients , and could really teach the Netcare brand a few things about patient care
I have not met anyone of these nurses but have had telephonic conversations with them. For the last 3 weeks this was home for my cousin. A place filled with love and care. I naggingly called there from time to time to ask about my cousins condition, but was always attended to with respect and care. Yesterday my cousin was discharged and these big mouth, big hearted nurses gave him a send off singing praises to GOD ALMIGHTY right to his vehicle. I pray that God will continue working through u all and that u all would continue with this excellent care u give to the patients. God Bless Rynmed management and nursing staff. U guys are the best
I am incredibly pleased with Nurture Rynmed. The staff and therapists are friendly and caring, going beyond what is expected of them. My grandmother was bedridden and wheelchair-bound when she was admitted. After four weeks she walked out, and has gone from strength to strength. Thanks to Doctor Keet's thorough Medical Care, the nursing staff, and off course the therapists, especially Sello, Karen and Elmiza.
Worst care ever, no communication, totally incompetent!!! Just happy to give you pain killers and sleeping tablets. They happy to leave protein shakes next you bed, but too incompetent to make sure you take them, then have to tell the doctor my aunt is dehydrated and it took the whole day to put up a drip. She left there in a worse condition than when she arrived. SHOCKING CARE!!!!!!!!!
An amazing team who are passionate about their work and care about all their patients as if they are their own family members. Deeply committed and concerned with the wellbeing of all involved: patients, families and staff, whoware nurtured and loved, with co-operation and teamwork paving the way to Rehabilitation.
Friendly staff, expecr little to no information, missed appointments and general confusion. We booked our mother out, with immediate positive results.
The staff were absolutely amazing, the care my father received was top notch. Keep up the good work you are all true angels
What ever you do, don't go here, they have no respect for people whatsoever, their attitude is honestly atrocious! You have to find out by a paramedic if your loved one has passed on!
