Too busy,month-end days. But nice place to be
The service delivery is good. and They do follow the covid 19 regulations /protocols. And though a lot of times it is usually full, I'd say 98% of the People there be wearing their masks. When it comes to the food they sell, from what I've realised, the food is really fresh and I love their cakes makes the nice cakes... Shout out to the team at spar for doing an amazing job.
The food at their Deli is delicious
Service from tellers aren't impressive and there are no packers. Tellers throw you with plastics to to do your own packing.
The fact that I have to even give them a star worries me. Bad customer service the shop is a mess dirty floors and fridges. Can we remind you that you are selling food?? The shop lacks variety can't believe you guys are in competition with the shop across the road. Please remember Spar it's a big deal remind yourself and give us the service which that name holds. Spar Nzhelele is a big disappointment. You rather have few cashiers while ques are so long. I can go on and on about the terrible service I witness everytime I go the store. From your mean staff who need to be reminded to do a small act of packing groceries in the bag. We really need to do better and give customers a better experience while visiting the store.
This place is simply unique and best to shop in....
Good place to do shopping
Very Busy. Very little social distancing. I would not recommend you go there if you have a choice. Unfortunately there are not many choices in that location
