If I could, I would rate them 0. From the time we arrived, the service received was disappointing. 1. We made a booking + paid in full for our room. Later called to confirm our reservation and everything was good. Upon arrival our names were not on the list because they had forgotten to allocate a room for us. Our reservation was eventually found and luckily they had a spare room available for us. I was so mad at this point, coz what would've happened if there weren't any vacant rooms? 2. The rooms were filthy. When we got to our room: the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed; the room had a disgusting smell; the bed was old; the sheets smelled funky; and the bathroom light was not working. If we had a blacklight I'm sure we wouldn't have slept there. 3. Saw cockroaches on the table where our "coffee" stuff were. 4. The shower was moldy, fom the ceiling to the floor tile. The water was not hot. The drain was clogged. It was just uncomfortable. 5. In the morning we wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant, but no one was assisting us. We sat for a good 15 minutes before we decided to head elsewhere, and there was still no one there to assist. Overall, we had an awful stay.

I am very disappointed by the Management and Directors of Zai OAT Hotel. We booked accommodation for our church Convention months in January 2023 for the Convention which was to be held end of March 2023. We paid for 9 rooms , when we arrived for check -in we were informed that the hotel is fully booked and we would be transferred to another facility. The Manager Ryan promised to refund us for the nights they were unable to accommodate us for. We are yet to receive the refund, apparently the Directors of this place are refusing to authorize the refund of R11,700. The Church needs its money, please pay back the money!!!

Tirreble place ever. Nothing is working kettle, very old dusty coffee and expired milk which are only on the table, no Towels, no Remotes, cold water, security is reception at night, no nothing. Green Tirreble blankets. That place must not be named a hotel your misleading people Noteworthy details: That thing don't even deserve a star

This place is not clean and it's not up to standards the paint is falling off the walls there's no suger and coffee in the rooms I am disappointedRooms: 2/5

No water, couldn't take a shower or use the toilet after a long drive even use the toilet. The shower is dirty and slippery.Rooms: 1/5

Terrible service. There was no kettle, towels, remote, fan, beds were terrible and smelled, the shower door didnt close and the shower attachment fell off too and getting attacked by mosquitoes in the heat and there was a feeling of not being very welcome there too for me and my work colleague. We had paid ahead for both dinner and breakfast and when we went to the kitchen area we had to knock as there was no one to serve us and there was no menu there in a so called 3 star hotel. I basically had to eat what was available and couldn't do anything about it and the they still wanted to charge R85 for that slop i was given. I will never go back and will rather sleep in my car next time. This place doesn't deserve 3 stars and really need to learn about what customer service is.

Beautiful place and facilities but not well maintained. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean. However the facilities are not well maintained. When we checked in the rooms on the first floor did not have electricity. The TV in the rooms doesn't work There is no hot water and we had a cold shower for all 2 of out nights there . Some of the rooms don't lock up properly. They provide no kettle in the rooms or towels If they can address the complaints of guests they have a great potential

Terrible service, the shower tiles had black mold and the there was no hot water coming out upon arrival and little did we know that the next morning there won't be any water at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a fly. The bedding didn't even look clean, so unhygienic.

Extremely bad service ! Firstly, there are too many receptionists working. I was given different information by the receptionists. Secondly, I was never told about the check in time. When I arrived at past 10a.m, I was told to wait for 2pm to check in. I had called the previous night to tell them I would be coming earlier so I’m going to need a room as soon as I get there. They gave me trouble. One of the staff members literally fought with me verbally. Bad experience. I am never coming again because there are a lot of incompetent people there. I would not recommend it. Please see to it that you change your staff at the reception ? The cleaners were very lovely!! Give those women a raise.
