I had the worst experience by far, the lady who was assisting me looked me straight in the eye and said she won't pack my items that I've purchased. It's not part of her job description, I need to do it myself, she did it for the previously client who was ahead of me as a favor. This is after she pack the first items into the bag. I then told her if she can't do her job she should tell me, she said she can't continue packing. I politely told her I'm leaving, she should work on her attitude in future. Truly this is bad for business, I left items that were worth close to R500 because of bad customer service.

Great place to get homeware and catering equipment at competitive prices. Take some time to browse and choose quality pieces. The store is located inside Boulders shopping centre, lower level.

An interesting place, with so many things to see, From cushions, carpets, curtains, to lamp shades, crockery, cutlery, mats, packaging, gadgets for africa, place mats, buckets, plastic ware, beautiful glassware, extremely friendly staff, very helpful, a great experience indeed

They have a wide selection of cutlery, crockery and other household items. Just make sure to thoroughly examine any items you want to buy - they have a number of chipped and cracked items on display. Would therefore not recommend to buy boxed items. Very unhelpful staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked where I would find the items that I was looking for, they quickly pointed to the correct isle. My shopping in their store was very efficient.

Great shop for kitchen ware, decorations and other small stuff, etc. Good and average quality stuff is available in great prices! Must visit there.

Ladies this a place to be if you need reasonable kitchen items. It's too tempting - you can get carried away and over spend if you have no self control. I love shopping at osbro .
