When we came out of the lift, the foyer had such a bad smell, not sure where it came from spa/juice bar/pool and that already started my relaxing experienceon a bad note. When we opened the door to the spa there was no one at reception. The manicure stations close to receptionwere left in a dirty, used state -why not clean up after you had a client? When someone finally came to the reception area I asked for advise on which facial to go with. I was just told the most expensive option but no reasons were given for why. So I went with something else- I would suggest proper training for your therapist so that they can give advise to clients on what is best for the clients face etc. When I got to the room it was okay but the towel I laid on was very damp and that made me uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper holder so it was all lying on the floor. There was green slime or I am not sure what on a roll or two. Felt very unhygienic. My Therapist, Maybe, was lovely though, relaxing music was also played which was nice. Ohana Beauty you can work on your hygienic, the smells, environment, temperature in the rooms i was freezing, reception basics etc. Not sure if I will go back there the way I feel now.

Stunning new spa location with a variety of services from nails, facials, sauna and steam rooms. Very relaxing ambiance with the 60 minute Swedish and the deep cleansing facial.  Lots of opening specials and worth it to check out the additional sauna service. Nice products and friendly staff. Wish they had a steamer and more extractions for the deep cleansing facial.

Best venue and service ever, loved all you did and I am spreading the word, perfect way to start my wife's 50th celebration.

Walking in you welcomed with a smile and this team is really very professional. I will recommend if you stay at hotel to use the spa facilities. Overall enjoy my monthly visits and they have a great reward program in place.

Hands down the worst massage experience to date, sorry. Had a couples massage & the therapists were distracted, massaging with one hand here & there, and talking to each other the entire time. Should have walked out mid way without paying - what a waste of hard earned money.

Beautiful views,  staff are extremely friendly and professional.  Clean environment with good treatments available. His and hers mani and pedis. Will definitely go back!

A lovely experience. My husband and I went for a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. Such a neat, clean space. The people were friendly and professional.

Absolutely serene atmosphere. The greatest care was taken to ensure our group had a fantastic time. We left feeling special and pampered. The only negative is that with the reception and treatment room being together, there were distractions of people walking in and rlphones ringing etc. But otherwise a friendly, affordable places for a regular spoil.
