OK Foods Cambridge East London

Not a bad place to do shopping, but there a lot of things missing that you have to drive a very long distance for to get. It would be nice if they can expand and make the shop bigger. It has been stuck like that for the last 22 years if not longer. Nothing changed. Sometimes change is good. Now is that time. On 06/11/22 before 9am I went to OK Foods. I heard a gent and his lady complaining about a store employee taking excessively long to fetch a box. Not sure what was in the box. Did not stand around long enough to listen. From experience, some things are difficult to fetch from the storage. Therefore a recommend the owners to consider expanding in order to make it easier for employees to keep back ups closer for the customers.

When you order a cake DAYS in advance for Staff for a specific time. They tell you what time would you like the cake and then the cake is still 20 to 30 minutes later than that Staff only get one tea break and now the cake is late. So no one gets to even eat the cake. What a let down

Wonderful cool airconditioned and easily accesdible and wheelchair friendly. Well stocked bakery, delicatessen and fruit and veg departemente. Very clean floors as staff were cleaning throughout the day. Wonderful shopping experience. No cues.

It's hard to rate this place. Specific to Cambridge? The best shopping centre around especially with the other shops around, great prices, friendly staff - a real community feel But it has its limitations - it's small in comparison to say Spargs which means you don't get as much variety and your experience is limited to the usual daily bread run or monthly grocery shopping. Other than not being as big as a full fledged super spar that basically went to private school I can't make any real complaints even when compared to other similar sized shopping centres around East London. Just beware around payday as the centre can get busy and while there is a lot of parking it is the preferred centre in the area. One of the few shopping areas around without pesky "car guards" and beggars

My experiences of OK are very pleasant. I've never had a problem with it. Their services aren't ever offline. The place is always clean, the service is excellently fast, the employees are very helpful and I can easily find products. As you enter it's bright and lively. It's the best store in Cambridge by far in terms of overall quality and experience.

Large shopping chain boasting plenty of specials. Behind the curtains though, there is so much going on. We had an issue with our dstv payments and went to management to rectify the situation. He looked like a very busy man and still took the time to hear our story and help us out. Thank you for going out of your way to help us sir! We are definately going to shop here again. No bad review on my behalf.
