The staff, as always, very helpful and friendly.Everything, in the store itself, was just fine.But what a struggle to get head office, to reverse item price, as advertised, in the promotion catalogues.There was enough stock, but the price was increased, to "normal". This started 'round about 09H00.At long last, it was reversed, at 14H40.We were asked to pick it up, at their warehouse. Got there, door-lock won't open.The manager, later called her husband, to grind the lock. By the time, we got away from there15H15my husband was overtired, and angry, because he should've been asleep already, as he worked night-shift. I couldn't reach head officelandline and toll free, or customer care, consumer complaint, or the ombudsman.I find it very disturbing, to be put through such a stressful ordeal.Ignorence, and slacking on the part,of the higher authorities.I'm still very upset, when I think about it.Special thanks to Rafilue.
