I bought a bed and it came not in a good condition, spoke to the sales person Khathu who lacks communication and his manager. It's been 3 weeks now since I have been calling in and they ignore my calls. Their customer service sucks big time, I am so disgusted with their service! I will never buying anything from OK furniture!

Disengaged workers, lack proper communication. Wasted my time, requesting one document at a time.

Disgusting customer service and the sales assistant was the biggest liar! I'm so ashamed to say I bought something from a place like this.
