ONE OF THE MANY WORST PLACES TO SHOP AND STAFF HAS NO IDEA OR KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY SELL TO GIVE SOME INFO ON IT, YET THEY WALK ALL BEHIND YOU UNTIL YOU LEAVE AGAIN, POINTLESS

I brought a washing machine on the 25th of November black Friday apparently they didn't have it In stock anymore because it was sold out, I was told it will be available on the 29,still nothing, no one bothered to even call me back to tell that it is still not available, I had to call only to be told they will call me on Friday, I personally went to the shop on Friday 2nd December, still nothing and I was told it will come on Monday 5th of December , is 14h00 now and I still don't have my machine  I don't have a problem with the shop, dishonesty is what bothers me, I'm not getting the right information

Do not purchase anything from OK Furniture....they sell inferior products and they do not honor their guarantees...
