The customer service is extremely poor . I bought a bus ticket the lady punched in the wrong date. They didnt rectify let alone acknowledge their mistake.

For a mere ironing board which I could have went in and out within 5 minutes at another store I was made to wait for almost 45 minutes and had to sign numerous papers. Unbelievable.

I experienced one of the worse customer service. The helping lady was so rude to me. She wouldn’t want me to ask any questions, all she wanted was my signature. When the item arrived it was damaged.

They managed to work under difficult circumstances to make sure that customers are being satisfied...

All furniture needs are in one place. Friendly helpful staff

Female staff were doing make up without any attention given to customers

Very very poor and dissapointing service. Nobody picks up the telephone. It just rings and rings

Poor customer service, the manager has the cherry on top nasty service I have ever experienced

Not really secured when doing shopping because of the paras outside the premises
