Terrible experience. Appointment was for 8:30 but 9:30 the person who does acrylic is not here . I send a message to the WhatsApp number and I receive no reply. The person is in and out of WhatsApp that time. Yhooo the poor lady for 8:00 gave up and left

Had a horrible experience here. Spent about R500 on nails, lashes and a pedi. My lashes fell off within 2 days, I went back to them and showed them and they did them again free of charge and they fell out again within 2 days. My acrylic nails barely last 7 days and they were falling out like press ons. The man that was doing my nails was very unprofessional with me, not wanting to do the design I want, fighting with me and doing two completely different shades of red on hands when I specifically asked him not to. He was rude and wanting me to hold his material and getting mad if I’d forget. Very bad experience I had. The nails starting falling off like press one and in a few days I only had 3 left. They were falling in the house outside the yard and one even fell out and I found it in the boot of my car. Don’t don’t your nails here, rather pay more money for better service and quality. The only thing that last was my eyebrow wax and pedi. The rest were a disaster, I will never be coming here again.

Most unprofessional service on the planet. I was there from 6pm until I left unattended at 8:25 pm because the nail technician wanted to leave. No one came to me to explain what's going on and I had to go enquire myself as to what was going on. Long story short I will rather spend my money at a institution that understands customer service and not treat their customers like idiots.

This place is filled with joyful and eversmiling people. The Host Kudzie is a very good person always looking out for all her clients and providing satisfactory results. I enjoyed the massage.

Yhooo I am speechless with the wonderful service I received. My full pedicure treatment deserves a 6 star rating for Portia. Now I have a spa in Khayelitsha... #supportinglocalbusiness

Hi Kuhle, I'm really not ok with my lashes.I did them on saturday and yesterday they were already coming off. I'm really dissapointed.

The service was horrible, the staff are very loud. They speak bad about each other in front of clients, they have no respect for clients, they speak with them any how. The biggest mistake I did was to tell the nail technician that it’s my first time doing nails and the results were not good. The nails looks like they were done by someone with no experience. The ladies who works at the tack shop are very rude they speak bad about the the new opened shop. I am not happy with how we were treated and they out come of my nails. I will never recommend people I know to kuhle’s salon.
